Registration issues with 11.2.2?

I've just had the following response from ENGL after an issue with ZCM 11.2.2 Registration during a build:

Hi Mike,
there are known issue with the registration process within 11.2.2
Can I ask you to please contact Novell and log and SR stating that you are experiencing issues with registration using ENGL and 11.2.2
Novell have a problem case logged that they can assign it to.

We don't have any SR's, just wondering if anyone else had seen these issues, or opened an SR?
