bundle rpm install type AUTO, still issues rpm -i --force?

Hi Guys,

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

We install exactly on rpm with a bundle, the freshen type is set to "No",
the "install type" is set to "Auto", so I would expect (according to the docs)
packages with conflicting files not being installed.

Unfortunately I was proved wrong :( and the package was installed.
