NetStorage on NW 6.5 cannot access a volume on OES11

Hi,
Apologies if I chose the wrong forum. I have moved the home directory of several users to a OES 11 server and changed their home directory attribute accordingly. However, they cannot upload nor download from their home via NetStorage installed on NW.

Further testing shows that a 1KB file will upload and a 34 KB one won't.
