Error OrderData importing purchase records

Hello,

Here is a very simple import file :
PO# OrderDate ProductName PurchaseQty
123 10/11/2012 MSOffice 12

The error in ZCC is :
13 nov. 2012 18:11:16 ResourceUtils.......310 :MissingResourceException: Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key Champ de date incorrect, enregistrement ignoré

The local of the Windows2008 servers is Switzerland. In any case "10/11/2012" should work in both US or French date format...

Any idea ?

I'm using zcm11.2
