PO constantly running GWCheck on user$$$.db

For some reason one of our PO's is running a constant GWCheck on a user database called user$$$.db. Needless to say this user does not exist on the PO and there is no matching DB file in the ofuser directory. Below is a sample from the POA log with the error messages that relate to the constantly running GWCheck.

0A0 Performing database maintenance: user$$$.db
0A0 Database rebuild caused by error: [C012]
0A0 Error: User or post office not found [DF0B]

So far I have run a Maintenance on the PO from with C1 to recreate the WPHOSTS.DB, run an Analyze/Fix on the PO and selected User and Message databases, completed a Structural Rebuild on the NGWGUARD.DB and renamed the WPCSIN and WPCSOUT queues incase this related to a stuck message. So far none of these actions have resolved this issue. I have trawled the Novell knowledge base and the forums and found no more solution that what I have already tried.

Please, somebody throw some light on this issue if you can, it's driving me nuts!
