Auto install bundles

I am running zac bin <GUID> to automatically install a bundle on a workstation.
It works for the first time only and then I am unable to do this again.
I clear the cache and uninstall the simple app.
Rebooting and refreshing and running the same command ZAC bin <GUID> fails to install the bundle.
even if I use the long name version bundle-install.
I am testing the process which is why I am trying to run it a second time,.
