I am migrating all of our computers from ZFD 7 to zcm 11.2.1 .. Have downloaded the agent installer from the server and placed it into a shared folder on one of our servers.. run the installer from there.. have had no issues installing this way except for our Dell Optiplex 790 computers.. when I do the install, the zcm 11.2.1 agent first attempts to uninstall the old agent (ZFD7) which it does successfully on all computers except the dell optplex 790.. it fails on the un-install of the old agent and quits.. anyone else have seen this ??
