NALWIN Launcher Configuration

We are using ZCM 10.3.4 and are still using nalwin.exe as a shell in some of our labs.

1) Are there switches or configuration options to get rid of the left pane which has [ALL], ZENworks, ZPM, etc
2) Can we lock on a specific view and keep it there without users being able to change it?
3) Our application names are a bit long, after a few minutes the view collapses each column into shorter columns where the names cannot be read. Is there a way to stop this?
