Has anyone got Groupwise 2012 to work with the new Outlook 2013. When I start Outlook, I get the message:
Cannot load Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook Window. The set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected error has occurred. MAI was unable to load the information service gwmsp1.dll. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.
I have searched the hard drive and there is no gwmsp1.dll file on it, thought some other versions. The operating system is Windows 8 Pro.
When groupwise loads, I get the message:
Either there is no default mail client, or the current mail client cannot fulfil the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client.
If I ignore this message Groupwise works fine. There was no problem until Office 2013 was installed.
I have no problems with windows 7, Groupwise 2012 and Outlook 2010.
Anyone got any ideas?
