omapi-key

When I try to add the omapi-key to the "Selected Service Settings" I'm not seeing the TSIG setting in the drop down, and when I do select the omapi-key it shows as "null", and when I try to restart the rcnovell-dhcpd service it fails on the omapi key with a not found error.

Any thoughts as to how I can fix this issue?
