Could not save bundle state: System.UnauthorizedAccessExcept

Hi!
ZCM 11.2.1. On Windows XP device I get during local login error (I see it via ZCC) -- "Could not save bundle state: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path is denied. at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError() at System.IO.File.Move(String sourceFileName, String destFileName)".
Any ideas why this kind of error appear?
